Updated daily across all four segments. Newly licensed professionals appear within 24 hours. License status changes — renewals, lapses, brokerage transfers — reflect in each daily cycle. This is live data, not a static list.

Every record includes name, license type, issue date, current status, location, and phone number labeled as cell or landline where available.

Licensed Insurance Agents

The largest segment. Life, Health, Property, Casualty, Personal Lines — all license types, all 50 states. The recently licensed sort is the most powerful filter: it surfaces agents who just passed their exam and are still choosing an agency. That window is short — the first 30 to 60 days — and this data lets you reach them in it.

"I've tried every list vendor out there. The difference here is the freshness. You're reaching people the same week they got licensed — before they've made any decisions. That window matters more than anything else in recruiting."

"The cell filter sounds like a minor detail. It is not. I went from reaching 11 out of every 100 people I dialed to reaching 27 — just by turning on cell-only. Same list. Same work. More than double the contact rate."

IMO DirectorNational · Multi-State Operation

"I used the Realtor database to build a referral network — not to recruit. Reached active Realtors with open listings and introduced myself as their go-to insurance contact. Within 60 days I had 14 agents sending me referrals every month."

About the Data Filters & Search Insurance Agents Realtors Mortgage Brokers Business Owners Outreach Tools Plans & Pricing
About the Data

What is Licensed Agent Flow and what data does it give me access to?

+
Licensed Agent Flow is a searchable platform with access to 11.6M+ licensed professionals across all 50 US states — 10M+ licensed insurance agents, 1M+ licensed Realtors and real estate brokers, 100K+ NMLS-verified mortgage brokers, and 500K+ business owners. Records include name, license type, issue date, current status, location, and phone number labeled as cell or landline. Built-in outreach tools, pipeline management, and CSV export are all included.

How current is the agent data?

+
The database is updated every 24 hours. Newly licensed agents and Realtors appear in the database within 24 hours of receiving their license. Status changes — renewals, lapses, brokerage transfers, NMLS updates — are reflected in each daily update cycle. This is what makes the recently licensed filter effective. A static list doesn't know about agents who passed their exam this week. This data does.

What data fields are included on each record?

+
Every record includes name, license number, license type, license issue date, expiration date, current license status (active, inactive, or expired), state of licensure, location (city, zip), and phone number. Phone numbers are pre-labeled as cell or landline where available. Email is included where available. Realtors also include brokerage affiliation and, where applicable, active listing data.

What makes this different from buying a static list?

+
A static list is accurate on the day it was compiled and degrades immediately. Licenses lapse. Agents move firms. New agents get licensed and don't appear on old lists. Licensed Agent Flow pulls fresh data daily — so your search results always reflect current license statuses, new licensees appear within 24 hours, and brokerage changes for Realtors update on the same cycle. For anything involving recency — which is the most important signal in agent recruiting — a live database is fundamentally different from a list.

How many states are covered?

+
All 50 US states across all four segments — insurance agents, Realtors, mortgage brokers, and business owners. Basic plans include access to 5 states of your choosing. Enterprise plans unlock all 50 simultaneously, with multi-state search capability in a single query.

Is there any data I should know is not included?

+
Phone and email coverage is not 100% — some records include phone only, some include both, and a small number have neither. Where phone numbers are available they are labeled cell or landline. Email availability varies by segment and state. Records without contact info still include all licensing data and can be useful for list-building and reference even if direct outreach requires finding additional contact details.
Filters & Search

What does the recently licensed filter actually do?

+
It sorts the entire segment by license issue date so the most recently licensed professionals appear first. You can set a custom date range — last 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, or a fully custom window. The purpose is to reach people in their decision window — the period shortly after getting licensed when they are actively choosing an agency, brokerage, or practice setup and haven't committed anywhere yet.

Why does cell vs. landline matter so much?

+
Licensed professionals — insurance agents and Realtors especially — spend most of their working day away from a desk. Landlines ring in offices that may be empty, are answered by reception, or go to voicemail. Cell phones are with the person. Every number in the database is pre-labeled as cell or landline. Filtering to cell-only contacts before dialing typically takes contact rates from 10–12% to 24–28% on the same number of calls — a change that compounds dramatically over a week of outreach.

Can I search by zip code or city?

+
Yes. All four segments support location filtering by state, county, city, and zip code. Start with a zip search to target your immediate market and expand radius if you want more volume.

Can I search for agents licensed in multiple states?

+
Yes. The multi-state license filter flags agents who hold active licenses in more than one state. These tend to be more experienced professionals with broader networks — a useful signal for prioritizing recruiting outreach in the insurance segment.

What insurance license types can I filter by?

+
Life, Health, Property, Casualty, Personal Lines, and combination licenses. Resident and non-resident licenses are both included. You can filter to a specific license type or search across all types in a given state.

How do I save a search or come back to a filtered list?

+
Saved searches let you re-run the same filter set at any time with fresh data. Because the database updates daily, a saved search you run on Monday and again on Thursday will include agents who were licensed in between those dates — automatically surfaced at the top when sorted by recency.
Insurance Agents

How do I find newly licensed insurance agents in my state?

+
Select the insurance agent segment, set your state, choose your license type, and sort by most recently licensed. Enable cell-only mode. The results will show every agent who received a license in your date range, sorted from newest to oldest, with phone numbers ready for outreach. Agents in the first 30–60 days after licensing are actively evaluating agencies and haven't committed yet — that's the window this filter is designed to capture.

What's the best approach for recruiting newly licensed agents at volume?

+
Consistent daily outreach volume combined with the recently licensed filter and cell-only mode. Filter for agents licensed in the past 30–60 days, enable cell-only, and work through your results systematically with click-to-call. Log notes and set follow-ups on every contact. The combination of daily fresh data and consistent outreach produces compounding results — each week adds new agents to the top of the list while you continue working down the previous week's results.

How do I find Life insurance agents specifically?

+
Filter the insurance agent segment by license type and select Life. You can also combine Life with Health to find agents who hold both — a common combination for agents interested in Medicare, final expense, or mortgage protection lines. Sort by recently licensed and enable cell-only for highest response rates.

Can I find insurance agents who are licensed in multiple states?

+
Yes. The multi-state license flag surfaces agents who hold active licenses in more than one state. These agents are typically more experienced, more ambitious, and more likely to be interested in expanding their practice. Use this filter to prioritize your outreach list toward agents who have already demonstrated initiative.

What is a non-resident license and why does it matter for recruiting?

+
A non-resident license allows an agent to sell insurance in a state where they don't live. Many high-producing agents hold non-resident licenses in neighboring states to expand their client base. The database includes both resident and non-resident licenses, and filtering for non-resident license holders in your state can surface agents from other markets who are already interested in doing business in your area.
Realtors

How do I use the Realtor database for brokerage recruiting?

+
For brokerage recruiting, the two most valuable filters are recently licensed and unaffiliated. Recently licensed Realtors are in the process of choosing their first brokerage — they are the most receptive segment because they are actively deciding. Unaffiliated Realtors have gone between firms — they left their previous brokerage and haven't joined a new one yet, making them actively open to a conversation. Both groups benefit from being reached quickly with a cell-only filter enabled.

How do I use the Realtor database to build an insurance referral network?

+
Filter by active listing status to find Realtors who are currently closing home purchase transactions. These agents are in regular contact with buyers and sellers at the exact moment when homeowners, life, and mortgage coverage is most relevant. Reach out to introduce yourself as a referral resource for their clients. A Realtor who closes 30 transactions a year can send meaningful referral volume to an insurance professional they trust — one outreach conversation can be worth years of warm introductions.

Can I search Realtors by their current brokerage?

+
Yes. Filter by brokerage affiliation to find agents at a specific firm. This is useful for competitive recruiting — identifying agents at firms that are known for high turnover or poor support, and reaching out with a comparison conversation.

What is the unaffiliated filter in the Realtor database?

+
Unaffiliated means the agent's license record shows no current brokerage association. Realtors can't legally practice without a supervising broker, so an unaffiliated agent is in active transition — typically between firms. This is one of the highest-intent recruiting signals in the database. These agents are not just open to a conversation; they are actively looking for their next home.
Mortgage Brokers

What can I do with the mortgage broker database?

+
Three primary use cases: recruiting experienced loan officers to your mortgage brokerage, finding recently licensed originators who are choosing their first firm, and building referral partnerships with active mortgage professionals who can send you mortgage protection and life insurance opportunities. The database includes NMLS license numbers, lender affiliation, state, and direct contact information.

How do I find recently licensed loan officers?

+
Select the mortgage broker segment, filter by state, and sort by most recently licensed. NMLS licensing is a significant commitment — new originators have put real effort into getting licensed and are actively choosing their first lender or brokerage. Reaching them early in that process gives you the best odds of a conversation before they've committed.

Can I find mortgage brokers by their current lender affiliation?

+
Yes. Filter by lender name to find originators at a specific firm. This is useful for targeted recruiting — identifying loan officers at lenders with known challenges and reaching out with a direct comparison.
Business Owners

How do I use the business owner database for group health insurance prospecting?

+
Filter by employee count — the 5-to-50 range is the most active for group health conversations. Companies in this range are large enough to need group coverage but often don't have a dedicated HR department managing it, which means the owner is directly involved in the decision and is reachable. Use click-to-call with cell-only enabled to reach them directly without a gatekeeper.

Can I find business owners in a specific industry?

+
Yes. The business owner database supports filtering by industry. This is useful for targeting commercial insurance conversations that are specific to an industry's risk profile — contractors, restaurants, retail, and professional services all have different coverage needs and different conversations.

Why are business owners useful for key-man life insurance?

+
Key-man life insurance protects a business against the financial loss caused by the death of a critical employee or owner. Small business owners — especially sole proprietors and partners in businesses with 2–20 employees — are both the insured and the decision-maker. The business owner database lets you find them directly by employee count and location, and reach them at a cell number rather than through a switchboard.
Outreach Tools

Do I need a separate CRM or dialer to use this platform?

+
No. Click-to-call, SMS, and email are built directly into the search results. Pipeline and notes management are also included. You can make your calls, log notes, and manage your recruiting funnel without leaving the platform. If you prefer using an external CRM or power dialer, one-click CSV export sends your filtered list there without reformatting.

How does click-to-call work?

+
Every phone number in the search results has a click-to-call button that initiates the call directly from your browser. The call is logged automatically to the contact's record in the platform. You can add a note and set a follow-up date after the call ends without navigating away from the contact.

Can I send text messages from the platform?

+
Yes. Built-in SMS is included. You can send individual messages or use saved templates for common outreach scenarios — initial introduction, follow-up, and scheduling messages. All SMS activity is logged to the contact record automatically.

How does CSV export work?

+
Any filtered search result can be exported to CSV in one click. The file format is compatible with Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and any power dialer without reformatting. Credits are used on export based on the number of records downloaded.

Can multiple people on my team use the platform?

+
Enterprise plans include multiple team seats with shared pipeline visibility — so your recruiting team can see each other's notes and avoid calling the same person twice — and individual per-user call history. Custom onboarding is included for teams getting started with the platform.
Plans & Pricing

How much does Licensed Agent Flow cost?

+
Basic plan is $399 per month — 10,000 credits, 5-state access, all four segments, all outreach tools including click-to-call, SMS, and email, pipeline management, and CSV export. Enterprise plan is $599+ per month — all 50 states, expanded credit allowance, team seats, priority support, and a custom onboarding call. Both plans are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel any time.

What is a credit and how do I use them?

+
Credits are used to view full contact records — including phone numbers and email addresses. Browsing search results and applying filters does not use credits. Credits are consumed when you open a contact's full record or export to CSV. Basic plans include 10,000 credits per month. Enterprise plans include a higher credit allowance — contact the team for details on your specific usage needs.

Can I cancel if it's not working for me?

+
Yes. Both plans are month-to-month with no contract and no cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, you can do so any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month.

What's the difference between Basic and Enterprise beyond the state count?

+
Beyond state access, Enterprise adds an expanded credit allowance, multiple team seats with shared pipeline and per-user history, priority support with faster response times, and a custom onboarding call to get your team set up for your specific use case. Most agencies recruiting across multiple states find they need Enterprise within 60 days of active use.

Is there a free demo or trial?

+
Yes — book a free 15-minute live demo using the calendar above. A team member will run a real search in your target state, show you the filter options specific to your use case, and walk through the outreach and pipeline tools. No obligation, no credit card required to book. If you want to see the platform before you see a pricing page, the demo is the right first step.

Is this powered by PropHog?

+
Yes. Licensed Agent Flow is powered by PropHog, based in Centerville, Ohio. PropHog operates several licensed professional search and recruiting platforms. You can reach the team directly at (937) 795-6678 or book a demo using the calendar on this page.
